SIGMA-HR develops an HR software application for medium and large organizations

Our history

SIGMA-HR was founded in Montreal in 1992 by Patrice Poirier who is still heading the company. Initially, SIGMA-HR specialized in the development of software applications in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and occupational risks).

Over the years, several functionalities were added to the SIGMA-HR solution, which is now an integrated HR software for medium and large organizations that allows you to manage in the same tool:

Building on its success, SIGMA-HR decided to cross the Atlantic to conquer the French market by associating with business partners in 1999, then by creating a French subsidiary in 2004.

Today, SIGMA-HR is implemented in Canada, France, and the USA, and our customers used the application in over twenty countries in the world.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

We are committed to the protection of the environment by participating in the Carbone Boréal program that helps to finance tree planting to offset the greenhouse gases emitted by our organization. In 2018, we contributed to planting 210 trees to offset for the plane trips our employees make between Paris and Montreal.
